“ This was my first time into this establishment and I will say Google reviews got this right. I tried to make a reservation online and couldn’t get it done. I called the place at 9:05 on 5-10-25 and picked up the phone and I explained the situation and she said no problem what time do u want an appointment I said 930am. No problem it was booked and I got text message from her confirming the appointment. I get there and the atmosphere was cool and I walked towards counter and was greeted by B. She welcomed me and I explained it was my first time. She asked what I wanted and through trial and error she got exactly what I wanted and did not complain. I’m very particular about my haircut and who cuts my hair. I normally get my hair at Floyd’s 99 in Flower Mound by another girl named Geneva but B did a great job and was extremely happy and a professional about everything. Great customer service and professionalism are lacking in today’s world and I’m proud to say if my regular barber can’t cut my hair she be next in line to do so. ”

“ About a week ago I went to get my second haircut with Bruce, the barber. The experience was really nice since he liked carrying the conversation and had enough similar interests to get us through the cut. One of the biggest advantages of getting your haircut with him though is his ability to listen. I had a rough idea of what I wanted done, but not enough to be able to give a clear picture. After brainstorming ideas Bruce showed me a picture of an undercut, which was what I was looking for but didn’t have the words to say, and we started from there. Long story short, his listening skills and talent for picking up conversation lead to a great experience and a cut that I more accurately wanted. ”
